This is Cooper Chance from the classic Xbox game Grabbed by the Ghoulies, also known as my childhood game, I used to play it days on end, it was just so addicting xD, if you have the original Xbox I recommend you find this game and play it! and if you have the 360, you can find it under Arcade games in the marketplace I'm pretty sure.
