Creeper Human

Sometimes when a creeper kills a human, they will not go to the Nether, or become a zombie. They will unstead come back from the dead with creeper features. They have a human head with parts of skin turned into Creeper scales. They have a full creeper face. They will talk like a human, but also hiss. When they make an s sound it instead comes out as "ssssssss....". Human Creepers have gunpowder in their body but they will only explode unless put in extreme heat, such as being in lava.
