Heyyy, everybody, sorry about the long gap without any new skins from me.
Cave Story is awesome, so a while back I wanted to make a Quote skin. But there's already way too many excellent Quote skins here. So I made Curly! My skills are a bit rusty, but I think it came out well! What do you think? Criticism is encouraged, as always!
EDIT: I dunno about you guys, but on my machine the hat layer isn't showing up in the 2D preview. I checked the skin file, it should be there. For the record, the skin DOES have fancy hair and the green earphone things.
