Story: Copper MacGrover was born in 2028, in Night City (Between Los Angelas and San Francisco) during the time of the crimes and hackers invading.
When Copper turned 12 his family was murdered by a group of Cybercriminals for unknown reasons
Copper was taken in by his neighbor Johnny Silverhand.
When he finally turned 19 he decided to become a Cybercop. Later Becoming a CyberEnforcer, doing his duty to enforce the law.
