This is my second Doctor Who-related skin, the cyberman, it was really hard to make the things on their head prominent because of the limitations of the minecraft skin editor, so I did what I could, and I think it turned out pretty well, please leave a comment if you have an idea on how to improve this skin or what to add, Enjoy!
