This is a medic from the run down cities of the future. People are everywhere, crammed into the street, homeless, food-less, shelter-less, it is this cyborg's job to save lives. And that's exactly what he does, equipped with a communications system, health and reconnaissance tools and a locator to call for air pick ups.

In the suburban nightmare of the future, you're in luck if you see this medical worker coming your way. It means help has arrived. Many of these work in unison in order to make the streets a safer place for the average resident.
