Skin I made for the Cyberpunk contest :3

In the year 2060 cyber technology has grown and the government has acquired advanced cyber weapons of mass destruction and forced nearly all citizens into a world of extreme equality and little rights. Many people thought it was the end of a free world but some did not. They formed a rebellion, The CyberPunks and began fighting back against the government with their own cyberpunk technology. Thus began the cyber war.
