Cyberpunk'ed out Man

Hello This is my skin for the Cyberpunk contest and here is his description:

A regular man named Howard was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was strolling on the street when a man with a futuristic gun popped out of nowhere and shot him in the back causing Howard to turn into a cyberpunk man. Now Howard seeks his revenge to find the man that caused him to turn into a Cyberpunk Cyborg.

As you can see in the picture he has blue veins popped out on his arms and the bullet shot on his back.
