For the contest!
Here we go!

"Sure about this, doc?" The young, new pop star asked the man in a white lab coat. "Of course, dear. You'll be able to sing like a canary and more!" Yes... much more. He thought to himself. He got out the needle. "Wait I'm not so sure--" She said before her head began to spin when she felt the prick in her arm. She felt drunk, and she looked drunk too. "I'm sure. You'll be fine." The tall man said before her head fell back. He took out a tray of sharp tools and began to cut into her skin, replacing her lungs and voice box and such with wires and metal. He accidentally sliced off half her face somehow, so he replaced that, too. He replaced strands of her hair with wires and he was finished.

When she woke up, her memory was gone. "Hello CyberRock." The doctor said. "Time for you to go onstage. My newest creation."

EH? EH? First time I've entered a contest. Hope to win! But if I don't, it was fun participating!
