This is the death mod (or the mod you hate or he/she hates you) who likes to ban people and almost everyone knows that he/she is a bad mod. Or you can just call it grim reaper :D
It has a heart because everyone (if he/she is bad) still have heart.
I don't mean any of PMC mods with this skin! This just came into my mind :D
