Deoxys Normal Form

Here we have the pokemon Deoxys in its normal form, made by me for the cyberpunk contest. You might ask why would a pokemon skin be made for a cyberpunk contest. My answer is that Deoxys is a pokemon from space. It came from space as a virus that grew a body from the shining orb in its center. It has the power to infect and disable all technology and can regenerate any damaged part of its body instantaneously. Deoxys is highly advanced and can project emotions as well as read them. It can change its form to suit any attack but reverts back to normal form. Enjoy, diamond, comment, download, whatever you want, I'll make the other three forms eventually.
