A skin of the character DESCO from the Disgaea series (Disgaea 4).
Probably not the best I can do, but the character's design is a bit complex to cram into 64 x 32 pixels. :o
Anyway, just felt like uploading it since I had it, and I haven't really seen any skins of DESCO so... Yeah. o.o
