This is DiZ, from Kingdom Hearts II, it is one of my favourite characters because he's very enigmatic, and his voice is so...i don't know how to describe it, very cool, the dubber is great.
I like his clothes very much, they confer to him a mysterious atmosphere; the carachter himself is a good person, as many of you know he is Ansem the Wise, the great scientist who studied hearts; yeah, that's all :D
