Doctor Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik: Inventor, Genius, Evil Mastermind
Character taken from the Sonic the Hedgehog series of video games
I took a few liberties with his outfit, but since it doesn't stay the same through the series I am not going to worry about it.
I may replace this with another contest entry, depending on whether you folks like it or not.
