If you've ever watched Doctor Who on BBC or on Netflix or whatever, you'll love it. Same over here. That's why I made this skin to enter the contest. It was such a great show and I was so inspired by it (please pardon the exaggeration, but still). I watched the reruns. Even though I already did a gazillion times already. I just made this skin the 11th doctor's because its the first of the 11 doctors that were out there I saw and I liked him the best. It was my first 'real', start-from-scratch type of skin.
