Dollars - The Green Abraham Lincoln

This is my submission for the 'Elite Member's Selection' of the PMCSA

Obviously this is a skin of Dollars, the wonderful skinner/chat mod (who is also very fond of fan-made skins of him).

I'm still unsure if I should remove the dollar sign, it's a bit crooked. We'll see in future :L
