Updated Changes:
Toned down the very rough shading and changed it in a few places (This was due to using a new program and getting a better look at it)
Fixed the 1.9 to 1.0 issue I was unaware of. He should no longer have a beard.
The mad himself, Dr. Clayton Forrester!
Was tricky trying to show his frizzy hair, but I think I did good enough.
I'm aiming on doing TV's Frank to go along with this one!
