The demented super genius Dr. D'Void, arch-nemesis of Sky Captain Hectar Watson Ramjet, is a self-proclaimed Plague Doctor. He views mankind itself as a plague that threatens to destroy the world. Using biological weaponry of his own design, he has vowed to cleanse the earth of the infection of man.
