This is Dr. Toxiz.

A doctor that was experimenting with chemicals and experimental power suits.
When he was inventing a powersuit, He created a chemical powersuit.
Extremly powerful he tested it and gained immensive powers.
But when he wanted to put the powersuit of, it work.
He was stuck.
Now he roams the sewers of New York, hoping to get the suit of sometime.
He is called : 'Dr. Toxiz' because he was a scientist that enjoyed working with chemicals.

This is a fully new skin of me without using the shading with GIMP.
