Dracule Mihawk. One of the 7 Warlords of the sea. He is the one that Roronoa Zoro wants to surpass.
He's also known as Hawkeyes because of his eyes which look like that one of a hawk's. Also he has perfect view with these and can spot enemies from miles away.
Dracule didn't eat a Devils Fruit and is known as the worlds best Swordsman.
