Yep its a skin with emeralds on it...
Thats all i can say because thats what it is!
i used gimp to edit the textures and i copied the emerald block,
and then i clicked the "paste to" thing and it was all manual work from there!
Its simple and i've did that with all my stuff, if you have any questions post them in the comment bar!
