The Emperor of the Cyrodilic Empire, who is of dragon blood (Dragonborn). Served after Titus Mede II, who was assassinated by the Dark Brotherhood. He was the reincarnate of Tiber Septim or Ysgor, and restored the Empires power around Tamriel, using the Imperial Legion. (Based off Uriel Septim VII)
