The ender knight is one of the main part of the enderman army, thier end stone armor can protect them from the iron swords of the ennemy army, some ender mages enchanted the armor to allow them to travel between the overworld and the end from anywere.
the ender knights are smaller that the regular endermens and they are stronger, wich allow them to get multiple objects like humans.
