Created in a distant planet called Cerris, Experiment 3428 has gone rouge. It escaped from the Cerris containment chambers and hijacked an alien cruiser. Experiment 3428 noticed the hologram coming from his home planet's leader, he stated. "Experiment 3428, I hereby banish you from Cerris! Take your evil to Earth, and destroy their planet. Then we will talk about letting you back." Experiment 3428 decided to take this offer, so now he roams Earth plotting to destroy our planet.
