Flot-54m (pronounced "flotsam") was built by Scrapper out of spare seacon parts, Flot-54m is incapable of transforming, due to his lack of Transformation cog and having inadequate parts to form any sea creature.
FLot-54m is deadly, a determined hunter to the end (like the seacons whose spare parts he is comprised of). he will stop at nothing to get his prey, and destroy that autobot son-of-a-retrorat post-haste! He LOVES Frankenstien, especially since he can relate to the monster, which inspired Scrapper to build him
