General M. Bison is a character in the Street Fighter series, he's somewhat known as a meme for saying "Yes!.. YES!!".
Got the idea from the TF2 hat Team Captain, which is M. Bison's hat. :)

As you can see I changed the coloring a bit, I think it looks better like this.
