Mecha King Ghidorah is a mechanical and more powerful version of its formal organic self. It was featured in the film Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah in 1991. When Godzilla defeated King Ghidorah and sent its corpse to the bottom of the sea, Emmy Kano, a futurian who rebelled against her crew, was asked if K.G. could be revived in the 23rd century. Emmy agreed and used the time machine (KIDS) to travel into the future. She later returned to the present in the newly built M.K.G. and fought in a epic battle against Godzilla. As the battle ended, Emmy made a last ditch effort and sacrificed M.K.G. and trapped Godzilla using the machine, sending both beings to the bottom of the ocean.
