He is a great man to the eyes of his citizens and is ready to lead them through good and bad times. I made this skin when I was also making my Greek Citizen skin. The Green line around his head is a wreath, and it stands out in game instead of it looking stuck to his head. Hope you like it! Also took about 40 minutes to make.
