Skin Details:
A stylish Halo 3 marine. this color is more accurate to the soldiers seen in-game. I also happen to like the name Yoshi.
Story (was for a contest):
Born on Reach, Corporal Takazi Yoshi served in 3 squads before beingn assigned to Emergency Fireteam Theta, one of the several teams posted for the defense of UNSC Outpost Omicron. Due to the unusually high number of Forerunner objects, structures, and non-hostile sentinels (that had attracted the UNSC there) they UNSC expected a covenant strike team to attack. They were lethally right.
Corporal Yoshi fought with the rest of Theta in a series of 18 skirmishes against the onslaught of Covenant strike teams raiding the base. When Steven was wounded, Yoshi took rear guard while the team retreated to the facility so the other fireteams could cover them. Yoshi, Ethan, and Janice led the final UNSC counterattack against the remaining Covenant forces.
Short and mellow, Yoshi is a kind and reliable person who despises violence and war, but was smart enough to read between then lines of the propaganda to realize just how dire humanity's chances against the Covenant are.
