Muscle definition FTW! One of my comments on the previous SF2 skin told me to make the Steam-Heavy look like a generic Victorian strongman, here is the result! I added I muscle shirt and suspenders, just because it looks awesome, and because it's impossible to tell if this is a red or BLU heavy...
