He is a character I made for a fanzine. He is just a guy with a Turn-A Gundam helmet. Oh, and he is also the mayor of an unknow city of Spain...
I'm just umploading this cause I use a lot the "change skin" feature here in PMC, as I change my skin almost everyday for a particular server XDD.
