Itsuki Tomofusa from Blood-C (Made by CLAMP), a manga that I. recently got into. I was asked to do a request for a slightly modified version of the skin with blue trimmings (which you can download here) and just decided to do the original as well. I decided to keep it mostly unadorned and stay true to the anime/manga itself, partly because I got a very nice image sent to me as the base for the skin. Probably not going to continue with Blood-C skins, but who knows; maybe a Saya skin could look quite nice.
