Jason Voorhees drowned at a summer camp in his youth, and later returned as a vengeful spirit to wreak havok upon the world of the living. His film debut was the movie "Friday the 13th", after which he has appeared in numerous slasher films and horror movies. His weapon of choice is a machete.
