Kisame from Naruto
This is the skin that i am using at the moment.
I took my time making this to make sure that i had the basics so i could add more detailed things to him.
I added:
:- The hidden mist emblem on his headband as much as possible
:- Sword strap for Samehada
:- Open Akatsuki Cloak showing his gils under his eyes and his mouth which isn't something i see in a lot of Akatsuki member skins
