How I started skinning
I started skinning sometime a year ago when I found out about the orginal MCSkinEdit.
Hungry to make cool skins, I downloaded MCSkinEdit and began to play around with it. At first,
I tried to make Batou from Ghost in the Shell, but it turned out horribly. After dozens of trial and
error, I finally made my first skin. I named him after my username and posted him on
Planet Minecraft a few days later when I joined the site. You can find that old fossil here

My opinion of PMC
In my opinion, this website could never capture more Minecraft fun than any other site. However
the community is somehwat lacking in a strong bond. Unoriginality is rampant among the ranks
of the website and trollers lurk in every corner. With some endurance, diligance, and willpower,
we can most likely overcome these obstacles. I do love this place because I have made so many
new friends and I have a chance to show off my creativity to others. :)

My plan to make PMC better.
What this website needs is a way to make stuck-in-the-dark-corner noobs more popular.
This might reduce the amount of unoriginal skins and trollers. Perhaps some kind of reel
similar to a popular reel, except it would show the three most recent posts on a subject, be it a
project or a skin. Lets try to get more people out of the dark. People should also give more feedback
to creations, even cruddy ones that have barely any hard work put into it.
Nobody will know how to improve if they don't know what other people do and don't like.
