This skin is Kyuubei from the anime Gintama. Kyuubei is the sole heir(ess) to the Yagyuu family name, she is a genius swordsman; surpassing average swordsmen in skills, and is able to hold herself against veteran swordsmen. She was raised as a boy following the code of the samurai. She is one of my favorites in the anime! :D
