My lovely Lou Neil Jr.! He is an original character, but most importantly, a male skin! :3 I'm not sure how popular this will be, but I hope it's at least a little >.<
Advice is appreciated! Thanks to ultrashadow115 for inspiration, and DismaliciouSx for the fringe concept!
He is part of a steampunk story, but he really looks Victorian... Oh well XD
I really hope you guys like him :3 I'm thinking of making his friend Elijah too!
