Not one of the best characters I've drawn.
I LOVE Megurine Luka, but man, her dress is hard. Inspired by "Just Be Friends."
Hope you like it.. o.o' This one took me a while cuz of projects, and the hair is an ass.
Lack of shading, I know. I didn't want the skin to be too harsh, since the hair is so pastel-y. D:
