I have made this skin to be open for download so that the POLICE and SOLDIERS on my server would be able to wear a uniform. FOR ALL SOLDIERS ON MY SERVER: YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WEAR THIS ON MY SERVER, BUT YOU CAN CHANGE IF YOU LEAVE, OR KEEP IT IF YOU LIKE.
FOR POLICE ON MY SERVER: I WILL MAKE A POLICE UNIFORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO YOU CAN WEAR THAT WHEN AVAILABLE. (SAME RULES AS THE SOLDIERS' AS FAR AS WEARING THE UNIFORM GOES).
