I have NO CLUE on what to do for a skin for this contest. Then, i remembered Missingno.! No one else has done this yet so i will do him.

Just incase you don't know what missingno. is, missingno. is a glitch pokemon that hackers find when they screw something up badly. Missingno, if you find him, will DESTORY your game. I mean DESTORY! Like you wont be able to use that game EVER again. It may even fry ur gameboy/ds or what ever console you use. Missingno stands for missing number. There are many forms of missingno such as a glitch that looks liek a d, a black ghost, or just a ?. He is level 0 with 0 health and 0 exp. His ID is 000. NOTE: missingno is ONLY 00 for kanto-sinnoh not uvona.
