Misty from the Pokemon games. You may remember her as the Togepi carrying, veggie hating girl that followed Ash around for awhile because of her Pikachu roasted bike in the anime, you might think of her as the Cerulian water type gym leader from the games. Or both! Anyways here's Misty from Pokemon. I want to thank chris1001000 for this idea. If you have any ideas for this skin or another that you would like me to create, please post those ideas in the comments, I'll try to get to it as soon as I can.
