Dr. Brainwash

Abilities - Dr. Brainwash has the ability to use Telepathy, Telekinesis, and can control electricity with his powers! He has the powers of persuasion of multiple people at one time! machinery and electronics also obey his commands

Strengths - Has the ability to hover and can read/access books, computers with a simple touch. His helmet is made a polystyrene glass hybrid which is unshatterable and encases the brain its self which is irremovable from his body.

Weaknesses - Is still a Human.
