This Mr.Meaners. And from his name, he is not very nice. Conducting sexual and grotesque experiments on the young and the fragile. No-ones knows much about him but it is said the more you know, the more your on his hit-list. His features are well-defining, with gimpy metal bars infused in his skin and various orbs of liquids and shields embedded in him. His eyes well pierce through you, so you better back the f**k away.
