Naval Captain

A skin that was made from a failed attempt to make Charles Lee from Assassin's Creed 3 since I used the wrong colors for his clothing... which was navy blue so why not make a naval captain? I know this is not historically accurate, but it will do... I guess. This guy has no hair. PROBLEM BRO?
