Darknest Gale has a jet pack for flying around from crime to crime enemy to enemy. His suit is made of flexible nylon that bends to withstand almost any blow concussive or physical. He has a com link that links to the local police station so he can find crime and abolish it. He is a black belt in kempo karate and mo-tie.

one lonley night Darknest Gale was out partrolling the streets when his com links heard a distress signal coming from a nearby house nightwing craving a fight he went in the house what he found disturbed him greatly.

1. he found two people tied up back and back
   
2. he found another person hanging from a rope limp
   
3. he saw cameras all over
   
4. he saw a apparently madman cackling over a bloody body
