This is Omnicrone, an enemy from the old SNES game Chrono Trigger. He is quite the monster as you can see. Rawr. You can see on his back he has a nice long violet cape, and purple helmet on his head to match. He carries a mace as a weapon and crushes (or at least tries.) anyone who gets in his way.
