Sakuya is a character from the game, Touhou06, Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil 
Sakuya is very popular in the fanbase of Touhou, mainly because she is similar to a vampire named Dio Brando in the manga series of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. She is also known to "pad" her chest because the way her art is depicted in every game.
