Plasma Drone

Oh no!
Upon being dug up, an odd, rusty object layed. Just sitting there. Still.
Suddenly, upon being polished, this happened!

(I know it doesn't look all steam punky, but attempt to visualize its skin as something like this:
The blue is basically an unknown power transmitter (The only thing I made non steam punkish).
The green is the same material as the heavy density pipes underground, although a slight different shade. The gold is... well... gold.
