The eye's are actually a mix of LIGHT YELLOW, LIGHT BLUE, and DARK BLUE.
He wears a LEATHER jacket, and leather boots. (I don't really like the boots, but I'm limited. D:)

The other blues were too bright, this Cyberpunk is dark, like this:
