The "Pogostick Man" or as I like to call him, "Novastick Man" from "Happy Wheels".
I looked on Planet Minecraft and discovered there was no skin of this character from Happy Wheels, and since he is my favorite I decided, Why Not?
Don't jack mah skins, if you use in something such as a video/mod you better credit me >:(
